Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method, but sadly we can not offer paid returns. 

This applies to orders from the UK mainland and Northern Ireland, and all online orders from shoeaholics.com must be returned to our warehouse. 

  • We recommend trying on shoes on a carpeted surface until you are sure you want to keep them.

  • Returned items must be unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box, as the box is considered part of the product.

  • We strongly advise against trying shoes on wooden, laminated, or delicate surfaces to prevent damage as we can not accept then in any other condition other then the same as they were sent. We take photos of all our shoes before delivery.

Return Costs & Process

  • Returns are payable by you but we are happy for you to chose the company you use, we suggest that you use a tracked service with photos or signature or both 

  • If you make multiple returns for the same order.

  • To reduce costs, we recommend returning all items from the same order in one parcel.

We always recommend that you let us know if you wish to return items so we can keep a close eye on incoming deliveries.
